Here are a selection of pastels from my outback travels.

Be it the red earth country of Alice Springs or the rugged ranges of Arkaroola and the beauty of the Flinders the desert landscape holds a particular allure.

The intensity of the colour and the ancient archaeology of these places are all laid bare and ready to be explored through making art. I also love sketching and walking the sandstone escarpments of the Blue Mountains, West of Sydney.
